Senior Team Members Julia de Peyster is the Founding Partner of Javelin Partners and comes from senior marketing and policy positions in the healthcare industry prior to her five year career in executive search. She works across all segments and all functions within the healthcare and non-profit sectors. She has also conducted searches in the technology industry in both the services and software sectors. Prior to forming Javelin Partners, Julia was an executive search consultant with New World Healthcare. She has also served in senior business development roles at American Association of PPOs, MultiPlan, Inc., Committee for Economic Development and Institutional Investor. Julia received her B.A. from Princeton University. Heather Wick, MD is a Managing Director and Medical Advisor for the healthcare practice. She has conducted extensive research projects for Javelin Partners in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Disease Management. Prior to joining Javelin Partners, she served as a Research Associate in the healthcare practice of Fletcher Spaght, a Boston management consulting firm and prior to that served as a Research Associate at Parexel International within Perceptive Informatics, Inc., where she helped to develop advanced technology solutions designed to improve the drug development process from early research through pre- to post-product launch. She received her B.A. from Dartmouth University and her Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College. Diane Quinn is a Managing Partner, iQuest Seach – a partner search firm focusing on Technology, Communications and Media. iQuest is often invited to partner with Javelin on searches in these areas of expertise. She oversees search projects for executives across functions for professional services, digital media, and technology firms. She received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business. |
